Weekly or Bi-weekly subscriptions

● One to two bedrooms = $150

Monthly subscription

● One to two bedrooms = $200

● Three to five bedrooms = $400

Deep Cleaning

● Standard price for deep cleaning = $550

Move-in/Move-out Deep Cleaning

● Standard price for move in/ move out = $750

Additional add-on to any cleaning

  • Microwave/oven interior cleaning: +$15

  • Ceiling fan dusting (if applicable height) : +$10

  • We will use house-hold cleaning products if requested. Please let us know prior to cleaning day!

  • IF you have a specific request, please ask! We will consider any request, and quote based upon need.

  • If home is above 3,500sqft OR has five or more bedrooms, please call or email for specific requests and to get a quote.

Do

Living Room/Bedroom

  • Floors cleaned- mopped, vacuumed, swept, etc.

  • Ceiling fan dusted(if applicable height, +$10)

  • Windowsills cleaned (blinds can be dusted upon request)

  • Cushions/pillows fluffed and straightened.

  • Trash emptied & baseboard dusted.

  • Picture frames & furniture dusted

  • Lamp/lampshade cleaned & dusted

  • Beds made…will change linens if provided and place soiled linens in the dedicated area of dirty linen.

  • General straightened completed

Kitchen

  • Floors cleaned- swept and mopped.

  • Cabinet & countertop surface cleaning.

  • Microwave & oven exterior cleaned (inside cleaning +$15 each).

  • Sink & dishes cleaned (limitations do apply based upon amount of dishes).

  • Trash emptied.

  • Windowsill cleaned (blinds upon request)

  • Table and chairs dusted & cleaned.

Bathroom

  • Tub, shower, toilet- disinfected, scrubbed, rinsed off.

  • Vanity, sink, mirror- disinfected & cleaned.

  • Trash emptied.

  • Floors- swept & mopped.

  • Towels folded and neatly placed in desired place.

Don’t

  • We do not wash/sort laundry in large quantities. (Insurance Liability)

  • We do not wash inside of any electrical/mechanical objects. Ex. Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Electrical area. (Insurance Liability)

  • We do not handle any pet items. Ex. Pet beds, crates, bowls, etc. (Insurance Liability)

  • Clean/ Remove any pet or human waste, bodily excretions, pet excretions, etc. (Insurance Liability)

  • Wash an excessive number of dishes. Anything overflowing the sink will not be washed.

  • Go inside any cabinet, drawers, or furniture.

  • We will not climb on ladders, uneven surfaces, etc. (Insurance Liability)

  • Organize fridge/freezer.

  • Clean upholstery

  • Any home with excessive hording, dirt, or clutter is an insurance liability. Homes with mold, mildew, or any type of health hazard will not be cleaned. IF the home is unsafe for staff we will not clean and a service charge will be in place for time spent going out to home/apartment.
